Hi! I'm Ms. Tonya Scott.  I graduated Southeast Halifax High School, NC State University in Education, East Carolina University in School Administrarion, and received AIGT certification through NC Department of Education.  I have taught math and/or science since 1997.  I have enjoyed teaching Math 1 (algebra) for the past three years at Northwest Collegiate & Technical Academy.

For most of us, I'm sure that the past year and a half has been full of anxiety, uncertainty, disappointments, and joy where you found it. Remote learning can add to that stress as well. Rest assured, I AM HERE TO HELP!
