I currently serve as a Science Teacher at Southeast Collegiate Prep. Academy.   I have taught Science and Social Studies for grades 7-12.  I am also a native of Halifax County and I have spent the last 14 years servicing children in Title I schools.  I hold two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and I completed my graduate studies at Columbia University in New York. I believe that everyone should be a life-long learner and I own that credo as I conclude my doctoral studies at Gardner-Webb University.
