My name is Georgeanna F. Minggia, Multi-Classroom Leader at Northwest Collegiate and Technical Academy.  I enjoy traveling, watching TV, spending time with family and friends, and cooking.  I love to smile and laugh all the time.

I have a Master's degree in Education from Central Michigan University & a Master's degree in Educational Management from Strayer University.  I graduated from Saint Paul's College, Lawrenceville, VA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.  I received my teaching certification from North Carolina Wesleyan College, Rocky Mount, North Carolina.  I am also a former high school graduate of Northwest Halifax High School.  I have dedicated my entire career to Halifax County Schools.  I have served as an administrative assistant, SIMS operator (data manager), teacher and an instructional coach.  I have taught grades 6-8 and 9-12.      I am truly a dedicated teacher for life.
