Hello Halifax County Early College Scholars and Family! 

I am thrilled to join this incredible school community as your English teacher. As a Halifax County native, I am deeply honored to be part of the Spartan community. My academic journey began at Meredith College, where I earned my undergraduate degree, and continued at East Carolina University, where I completed my master’s program. With a passion for literature, critical thinking, and meaningful learning experiences, I am dedicated to working hand-in-hand with our scholars and their families to inspire a lifelong love of learning. Together, we will cultivate the skills and confidence necessary for continued success in school and beyond. I look forward to an exciting and rewarding school year filled with growth and achievement!
