I am an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in training, project management, and team leadership. In my most recent role at a leading financial services company, I managed a team of trainers, ensuring the successful delivery of training and compliance programs. I played a pivotal role in coordinating learning resources, supporting project management efforts, and driving the development of new initiatives. My expertise in mentoring enabled facilitators to leverage data to enhance training effectiveness and improve performance outcomes.

Earlier in my career, as a Training Manager at a privately owned company, I focused on identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovations within the Learning and Development function. By implementing best practices, I enhanced training effectiveness and aligned resources with departmental goals. My data-driven approach to assessing and refining training programs was instrumental in the organization’s success.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology for Teachers from the Philippine Normal University and am licensed to teach in the Philippines, New Mexico, and North Carolina. My career also includes roles in corporate training, customer service, and as a science teacher at Espiritu Santo Parochial School.
