My name is Monica Brown.  I have more than 20 years experience in education, including long-term substitute , Pre-k teacher assistant, 2nd grade teacher, 3rd grade teacher and currently, 4th/5th grade ELA teacher.  I love teaching and I especially love teaching the Cubs at Hollister Elementary.  

I was born and raised in the Hollister community. I also received a portion of my elementary education as a student here at Hollister Elementary. In 2007 I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Elizabeth City State University. I hope to teach the Cubs of Hollister for many more years to come.
