Greeting, I am Shronda Smith and as a product of Halifax County Schools, I am excited to service you students as their School Counselor this school year at Northwest Collegiate & Technical Academy. I am a 1994 graduate of Northwest Halifax High School. I bring over 16 years of experience as a school counselor from middle school to high school. I seek to ensure that all students are served the proper and rightful education by supporting, guiding and advocating for them towards becoming mentally, socially, emotionally and academically able to achieve success. I also collaborate with parents and other important stakeholders to plan and ensure that every student's needs are met.
