Proactive carrier appointment scheduling can create adequate and efficent allocation of labor. Our appointment scheduling process allows carriers, suppliers, and internal personnel to easily “self-schedule” their appointment with us. This helps increase productivity and levels workload, stay on schedule, and keep in compliance with U.S. Hours of Service and other government regulations.
HCS Operations strives to free up our staff from lots of inbound calls and e-mails eliminating delays and errors from time-consuming manual processes. Better yet, by closely coordinating inbound and outbound appointments, our team has an increased ability to tightly control major sources of cost.
