Mr. Aldrin Aquino Bulatao
Greetings!
I am Aldrin Aquino Bulatao, a Filipino educator who teaches English Language and Arts at Southeast Collegiate Preparatory Academy. In 2015, I finished my Baccalaureate Degree concentrating in English at Bataan Peninsula State University – Balanga Campus, Bataan Philippines, and in the same year, I passed the licensure examination for professional teachers. In 2019, I accomplished the TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certification from TESOL Asia Center, Pampanga Philippines. In 2020, I was able to finish my first master’s degree major in Curriculum Design and Development Supervision at Saint Paul University, Manila, Philippines, and now, I am taking my second master’s degree major in English Language and Literature at National Teachers College, Manila, Philippines.
I would like to describe myself as an outgoing and adventurous person. I love meeting new people and learning about a new culture, and that is why I decided to work in the United States as it is considered the melting pot of different nationalities.
I have been an international teacher for more than half a decade. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I became a high school English teacher for four years and was promoted as the English Supervisor and High School Coordinator. I taught all grade levels in middle school and high school using the American curriculum.
This academic year, 2022-2023, is my first year here in Halifax country schools, and I look forward to more years of fruitful educational journey with our scholars.
