Hello Parents and Scholars!!! Welcome to Southeast Collegiate Prep. I am Eric Parker I am from Rocky Mount North Carolina grew up in rural Edgecombe County. I am Proud  graduate of North Edgecombe High School and a Spring 2013 graduate of The Illustrious North Carolina A&T State University AGGIE PRIDE!!! I received a Bachelors Degree in Agriscience Education. I started my stint with NCPS in 2016 as an assistant head JV Coach at North Edgecombe and a assistant Varisty Football Coach. I am very passionate about sports as well as academics because they work hand and hand. 

I currently serve as your new Agriculture Teacher here Southeast. I have the pleasure of teaching grades 9-12. 2021 will be my first year here in Halifax county schools and my first year entering the classroom as a teacher. I look forward to restoring the once great Agriculture and FFA program here at Southeast and working with the communities in Halifax county, Enfield, Scotland Neck, Tillery and surrounding areas.
